Guardian is a real estate investment firm and private capital provider. The ideal candidate would join our private capital team in making a market impact.

Responsibilities

Identify potential borrowers and work with existing clients while sharing underwriting requirements, collecting documentation, quoting rates, and managing relationship.
Maintain a deep understanding of the fast pace Private Lending industry.
Foster new lending opportunities through continuous business development efforts
Ensure high level of communication with clients and internal team.
Be a team player that’s driven and highly motived to improve personally and professionally.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance or Business Administration

At least 2 years of work experience in mortgage lending, private/hard money lending or C&I lending

Proven recorded sales track record

Positive attitude with willingness to learn new things and get more challenging tasks
